I got similar tights from Ebay recently (you can see them here http://www.hellothemushroom.com/2013/06/24/they-call-me-mellow-yellow/)
I was very disappointed in them as I had to keep pulling them up all day – they were clearly made for someone a LOT shorter than me (and I'm a hobbit!). Did you have the same problem with yours?
