“I have nothing to wear” I sometimes hear myself say when I stand in front of my wardrobe. Every girl might know this problem, but as a fashion blogger, the pressure to have something new all the time is especially significant. After all: What outfits shall I shoot if I don’t stock up my wardrobe consistently?
But where is the sustainability in this behaviour, where is the sweetness of wearing something you love for years till it looks so worn you have to give it away? Among fashion people, only the new is chic. Fashion is less about personal style than about a dictate of novelty. Labels and designers constantly tell their customers what’s hot right now and what you bought a few weeks ago will be “so last season” in the blink of an eye.
So what shall we do: Join the run and cheer for the new month after month or step away and just trust our taste? At the moment, the answer is a mixture of both, just like this look: One new piece (the skirt), everything else oldies but goodies from my wardrobe. This is all it needs for an entirely new look. My advice: Experiment with what you have in your wardrobe and style it new again and again!
My Outfit:
Skirt: LM Lulu bought at Big Zurich, Top: Vintage, Necklace: From Spitalfields Market,
Bangles: Besksöndergaard, Bag: Maison Martin Margiela 2012,
Shoes: Melissa x Vivienne Westwood, Sunglasses: Alexander Wang

LOVE THE NECKLACE SOOOO MUCH OMG<333
It looks perfect with simple tops<3
Yeah I sometimes feel 'I have nOTHING TO WEAR' in reality i have helluva clothes, sometimes I just feel 'not in the mood' for wearing this, and that, which makes me think i have nothing to wear ahahha:)) As for me, I always try to go to thrift shop every beginning of the month, so I always have a new clothing item every month, if I still have money in the end of the month, I'd go there again^^ searching for cute clothes is so fun:^)

With original looks like yours, you'll never go out of style! I like seeing how you incorporate black into your usually colorful outfits. You look fabulous from head-to-toe!

That skirt is GORGEOUS! Since I started blogging and going to events I have really worried about how I'm getting photographed in the same thing again and again, so I've learned lots about layering and mixing and matching and accessorising to make brand new outfits out of old classics!
