The secret to my hair is use argan oil and eat the sugar bear hair sweets.
I treat my hair with argan oil and a diy rosemary rinse for extra glossy and healthy hair.
With all the hair coloring I've done in the last year, my hair is a wreck. The only secret I have is using conditioner, conditioning mask, and leave-in conditioner. (Not all at once, of course, but one at a time is perf!)

Try to keep it away from heat when I can and not wash it every day.
I use lots of heavy duty conditioner and sulfate free shampoo

I dont wash everyday and condition.
I use castor oil every few days and try to not wash it too much.
Make sure it's well moisturised but not greasy!! And keep away from too much heat or wind. Otherwise it is a mess :))) x
