Rainbow Shoes  –  Dice Necklace  –  Silver Coat
Fur Scarf  –  Golden Glasses  –  Zap Bag  –  Pink Jelly Heels
Flamingo Collar  –  Red and Pink Dress  –  Pony Shoes

I am in love and therefore all items on my wish list are in red and pink. After my last post was full of doubts and negative feelings, I am back on track. This happened thanks to you and it fills my heart with warmth and gratitude. Thank you so much for all your love, your encouragement and your kind words. I was completely surprised by how many very sweet and personal messages I got.

What I do here is worth every second because of you. I wanna show you beautiful things, tempt you with treasures and fill your screens with quirkiness. Instead of thinking if I am doing better or worse than others, I am thinking again of how to be the best possible me. This is my mission, yay!

I am very curious to hear if I succeeded with this wish list post to stir your excitement. I would love to have everything: The (wanna be) inflatable jelly shoes, the phaser bag to make Barbarella jealous and the (oh so fluffy) scarf. Let’s continue the fashion adventure together!

Love you so very much! xxx

Citrus Slice Necklace  –  Pink Glitter Sunglasses  – Prawns Ruffle Top
Caterpillar Brooch  –  Pink Dungarees  –  Tropical Swimsuit
Pastel Jelly Shoes  – Iridiscent Handbag  – Cupcake High Heels
Originally, this would have been my Friday Favourites post, but sometimes things turn out a little bit different and my daytime job kept me from finishing it. Isn’t Sunday the best day for pretty things in any case?
I imagine you, sitting on the balcony, wearing radiant sunglasses and reading this post with your laptop on your knees. Do you feel the summer in your heart when your skin gets touched by warm rays of sunshine? I promise, this summer will be a very sweet one, there are loads of pretty pastels ready to land in your shopping basket. I collected my favourite finds just for you.
Last month in London, I met my very special lilac-haired friend Hanni. She is a big inspiration and I don’t know anybody who lives the pastel dream like she does. Her whole flat is a divine pastel wonderland and she looks like the sweetest candy cane in the whole universe. Every time I see her, I feel the urgent need for more pastels too. So Hanni, this post happened under your influence.
Please tell me what you think about my wish list pieces. Have a happy Sunday and maybe start the week wearing pastels.

Yay, my next London shopping trip is coming closer. This means meeting all my beloved friends, eating at my favourite restaurants and of course MASSIVE shopping. I am well prepared and already have a few things on my wish list:

wish list, summer fashion, ice cream fashion
Donut Sunglasses  –  Pompom Umbrella  –  Rubber Bangle
Ice Cream Jumper  – Pattern Mix Dress  – Pineapple Socks
Flamingo Clutch  – Ice Cream Heels  – Cat Heels  – Sheer Socks

Time for another wish list! I haven’t posted one for quite a while and my current one smells of summer: Bold colours, pastels, cute prints and a wild mix of patterns is all i need for my fashion summer dream.

Recently, I thought a lot about how my style changed during the last years. I realized that I used to restrict myself. A lot of fashion no-go’s were holding me back from experimenting, till I learned that most dont’s are actually do’s (if they happen on purpose and with a concept). Today I show you a collection of five don’ts that turned into do’s. Hopefully they make you grin.

Do you actually think that there is something as a fashion don’t and did you also change your mind about something in fashion?

5 Fashion Don’ts I Turned Into Do’s

1. Wearing socks with sandals is the biggest fashion crime ever
Followers of my blog must have noticed: I am obsessed with cute socks and love to show them in my summer shoes. As a child it was all different and I was embarrassed by my dad wearing grandma’s knitted socks together with sandals fit for a desert expedition. Sorry daddy: This is still a no go, but girls rock cute socks in their sandals and heels.

2. The easiest way to detect blind people on the street: Pattern Mix
Either you wear dots, stripes, parsley or flower patterns, but never two or even more of them together. I believed in this for a very long time until I discovered (a little bit thanks to Susie Bubble) to mix is actually the biggest challenge and creates the most thrilling looks.

3. There is no reason to wear sneakers outside the gym (unless you are Sporty Spice)
Sporty shoes are for sporty people and I’m the probably most unfit person in the world. The trend of Normcore might be responsible that suddenly I don’t think so anymore. I am very much interested to clash elegant and sporty, casual and overdressed. Therefore I think I need sneakers for my quirky looks!

4. Crop tops are fine, unless you are older than 16
The time of age restrictions in fashion is coming to an end. Thanks to forward people like Madonna changes are happening. People start to wear what makes them feel good, no matter their age. Are you already in your end 20s, 30s or 40s and still look perfectly stylish showing your midriff in a crop top? Just go for it!

5. Your handbag should always match your shoes
This is the most terrible delusion often read in magazines. It means that you can’t wear the most extraordinary bags out there, because you will never find matching shoes. I believe a good styling is like a piece of music: All the components come together as a mixture between harmony and tension. You can match your shoes with your jewellery, your hair colour with your handbag or have one piece sticking out as an eye-catcher. Just play!

I’m very excited about my next trip to lovely London next week. Of course a lot of shopping will be included. London is the shopping heaven on earth for sure! Because I’m still rather homesick since I don’t live there anymore, I always give in to the temptation to buy as much as possible while on my trips. It feels like taking a part of home with me for having something to cheer me up while I’m longing for London from far, far away. I can’t take my favourite pub with me or the Buckingham palace, so tons of clothes and bits and bobs have to suffice. 😉

I could easily spend weeks with just shopping in this city. There are so many things around exactly fitting to my taste, whereas in Switzerland I miss a certain kind of excitement. As you all know, I’m a big fan of vintage clothing and it’s always unpredictable what you’ll find in this kind of stores. Nonetheless, there are also non-vintage shops which I do like. Here I’ll present you a little wish list of London’s shopping treasures I’ve already discovered on the web. I’m very eager to see them in real and I wonder which of this lovelies will follow me to Switzerland…

What do you think about this things? Do you know any especially cool shops in London?
